This knife is a handcrafted 8″ Japanese style Kiritsuke. A Kiritsuke is good to slice meat, vegetables, fish, veggies and anything you would use a traditional Chef’s knife for but you will most likely find it even more versatile.
This knife is handcrafted by experienced craftsmen with decades of experience in knife making. The blade has 67 layers of Damascus clad around a VG10 core. The fine convex grind provides an extremely sharp edge with excellent cutting performance. The handle consists of rosewood and buffalo horn jointed with nickle silver.
This simple and classic design employs a full tang structure to achieve balance and durability.
